Terms and Conditions — Fulltimer FC

Please read these terms carefully before using fulltimerfc.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. About Fulltimer FC

Fulltimer FC is a free-to-play prediction game where users predict football match scores and final league table positions, compete in leagues with other users, and may be eligible for prizes as described below.

Fulltimer FC is an independent, unofficial product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Premier League, any football club, or any football organisation referenced on the Service. Club names and colours are used for identification and informational purposes only. All related trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to register an account, given the Service includes prize competitions.
You must provide accurate information when registering, including a valid email address.
One account per person. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be removed without notice.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to manipulate predictions or leaderboards, or engage in abusive behaviour toward other users.

4. How predictions work

You may submit a predicted scoreline for each fixture, and a predicted final league table, subject to the timing rules below.
Match predictions for a given gameweek lock at the kickoff of the first fixture in that gameweek. Once locked, predictions for that gameweek cannot be edited.
Final table predictions can be edited until you choose to save them, after which they become read-only unless you actively choose to edit again (subject to any season-stage restrictions we may introduce and communicate in advance).
Points are calculated according to the scoring rules published on the Service, which may be updated from time to time with reasonable notice.
Results and statistics used to calculate points are updated by us based on official match data. In rare cases of data error, we reserve the right to correct scores and recalculate points retrospectively.

5. Leagues

You may create or join private leagues using an invite code.
League leaderboards are visible to members of that league.
We reserve the right to remove leagues or members found to be abusing the league system (e.g. impersonation, harassment of other members).

6. Prizes and sponsored competitions

From time to time, the Service may offer prizes, sponsored by third parties, to top-performing users for a given gameweek or period, as described on the Service at the relevant time.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win any prize competition offered through the Service.
Specific eligibility rules, prize details, and winner selection criteria will be published alongside each individual competition and form part of these terms for that competition.
Winners may be required to provide additional verification information to claim a prize. We reserve the right to award an alternative prize of similar value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Any tax liability arising from a prize is the sole responsibility of the winner.
Our decisions regarding scoring, winner determination, and prize eligibility are final, save in cases of clear administrative error.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Attempt to manipulate scores, results, or leaderboard standings through unauthorised means (including automated tools, bots, or exploiting bugs).
Create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage in prize competitions.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, abuse, or impersonate others.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service's systems or other users' accounts.

We reserve the right to disqualify a user from a competition, remove content, or suspend or terminate an account for violations of this section.

8. Intellectual property

The Service's design, branding, code, and original content are owned by Fulltimer FC (or its operator) and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Club names, crests, and colours referenced within the Service remain the property of their respective owners and are used descriptively, not as an endorsement or affiliation claim.
User-submitted content (such as a display name) remains associated with your account and may be displayed publicly within leaderboards and leagues.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of fixtures, results, and scoring, but do not guarantee the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that data will always be perfectly accurate or timely.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fulltimer FC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Service, including loss arising from data errors, downtime, or prize fulfilment issues, save where such liability cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

10. Changes to the Service and these terms

We may update these terms, the scoring rules, or the Service itself from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice (e.g. via email or an in-app notice) before they take effect for ongoing competitions.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms, as described above.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
